Our wealth of experience enables us to carry out work on lifts including traction, hydraulic and rack and pinion, however we are not limited to just these.
We carry out safe removal of all makes of lifts from 1-30 floors and take care of all associated works where required, creating a total removal solution. This involves the removal of all machinery, including motor room and shaft equipment.
We are also equipped to perform shaft demolition, along with the excavation of lift pits and removal of shaft heads. Lift cars will also be dismantled and removed from site as required. Our extensive scope of work includes the construction of lift shafts in brick, block, steel, wood and concrete.
Our total removal solution can include the setting up and taking down of hoardings to secure your site and scaffolding for the shaft and building.
We also carry out refurbishments of lift cars, shafts and motor rooms.
